How we handle the information you send with a job application.
1. Information we collect
When you submit an application we collect your full name, email address, street address, city, state and ZIP code, phone number, the date of your most recent employment (or the fact that you have not worked before), your previous employer or the type of work you did, your reason for leaving (when you have worked before), the days and the number of hours you are available to work, and your answers about transportation, working on a cleaning team, following instructions and training. We also record whether you are 18 years of age or older and whether you are legally authorized to work in the United States. We also record your IP address to help prevent spam and to keep this site secure.
2. How we use your information
We use your information only to evaluate your application, to contact you about the position and our services, to keep a record of our hiring decisions, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Your application is delivered to the HOUSEKEEPING, LLC email inbox and is processed by our email provider (Google / Gmail) on our behalf. Apart from Cloudflare’s Turnstile, described below, we do not share your application with anyone else, other than where the law requires it.
4. Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection)
This form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps us tell real applicants from automated spam. Turnstile collects technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and the site key and origin of the page. Cloudflare processes these signals on our behalf, and only to prevent bots; it does not use them to identify or advertise to you.

5. Cookies
This site sets one strictly necessary cookie that runs the application form securely (it protects the form against cross-site request forgery). We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Turnstile may set its own strictly necessary cookies, as described in the Addendum above.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your application and your personal information for up to 12 months from the date we receive it, unless you ask us to keep it for longer. After that we delete it.
7. Your choices and how to contact us
You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may withdraw your application at any time. We do not sell personal information.
